Network, built and operated by LLC “Zummer”, has a length of over 20000 km bandwidth up to 8 Tbit/s. The company in its activities based on the concept of creation and development of a unified interconnected system of information in the Russian Federation.

For building of OFTL innovative technologies of cabining are used which are considerably reduce a cost and terms of realization of works. The network is constantly being improved in order to expand customer base and ensure 100% redundancy using alternative OFTL routes.The company team includes more than 200 employees and solves problems of any degree of complexity in the field of design, construction, installation and commissioning works, providing whole complex of communication services to the users.
